Customize the Blog Page to fit your Business and replace placeholder content & images with your own!

To Get Started Making Blog Page Changes:
Navigate To Your WordPress Dashboard > Pages > Click All Pages > Hover Over “Blog” > Click “Edit With Divi” >
You are now in the Front End Builder of Your Blog Page and will make all changes to services page here.

Creating Categories & Blog Posts

Step 1- Changing Categories Menu
1-1 To Change Category Menu
- Hover over the grey Menu module and click settings icon > menu > select desired Menu for categories (to add or change a menu, please see “Menu Setup”
- To change background color > scroll down to backrgound > change to desired color
Step 2- Changing Placeholder Text & Subscribe Button
2-1 Replacing Headings and Text with Your content
- Once in your Blog page, you will hover over each text module that you want to replace the text > click grey gear/setting icon > Content > replace the content with your text > click save
- Alternatively, you can click the text area you would like to change and start typing directly into the box > click save changes at bottom of page.
2-2 “Check out the Services” placeholder text
This placeholder text found at the top (next to top image) was styled using the Header3 styling (h3). Hover over this content area > click grey gear/setting icon > Design > Heading Text > Click H3 tab > change font/color/sizing if needed
2-3 Resizing Placeholder Text
Most placeholder body text is set to the default font size of 16px. Some placeholder content is set to 18px to emphasize importance. If you would like to change these areas that are are not set to default, or to change any area you prefer to make larger:
- Hover over the text module you’d like to change > click grey settings icon > click Design Tab > text > text size > input your desired text size > click save.
- To change heading sizes, follow the steps above and scroll to > heading text to change sizing > click save.
2-4 Changing Subscribe Button
- The subscribe button is meant for you to input a link that redirects to a Landing Page for an opt-in or directly to a mailer list.
Step 3- Changing Placeholder Images
3-1 Changing Placeholder Images
- Each image on this page is directly attached to the placeholder blog posts. There is no need to change images. Once you add blog posts of your own, you will add your own images.
Step 5- Blog Settings
5-1 To Change Service Box Heading
- Hover over the row of blog posts below the blog slider and click the grey settings icon > change included categories as desired
Step 6- Author Settings
6-1 To Change Author Info on Blog Posts
- In your WordPress Dashboard, hover over the Users Tab > Click Your Profile > Change info to match your desired display information > upload image (optional) > click save
